At Mondery, we are committed to delivering your order in a fast, reliable, and transparent manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, you will be notified via email.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 6–8 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Customs clearance processes
  • Carrier operations
  • Seasonal demand or unforeseen circumstances

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 business days.


3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • New Zealand

We do not ship to other regions at this time.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified.

From time to time, Mondery may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the Website.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become active.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Mondery.


7. Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Global logistics disruptions

Mondery is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, but we will always assist in resolving any issues where possible.


8. Lost or Undelivered Packages

An order is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 30 business days from shipment.

In such cases, we will offer:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. Our team will assist you in investigating the issue.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries
  • Reshipment may require additional shipping fees

10. Split Shipments

In certain cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or logistics.

If this occurs, separate tracking numbers will be provided.
