1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, regardless of the reason.

To be eligible for a return:

All returns must be approved before being sent. Once your request is accepted, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Once approved, you will receive step-by-step instructions to complete your return.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returns must be sent to the designated return address provided by our team. We are not responsible for items returned without authorization or sent to the wrong address.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, we require photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue.

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost
  • Issue a refund when appropriate

5. Delivery & Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery time is 6–8 business days.

In certain cases, delivery may take up to 30 business days due to external factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Orders are considered lost only after 30 business days have passed since shipment.


6. Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, it will be considered lost.

In this case, we will offer:

  • A replacement shipment
  • A full refund

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected, or when a claim has been approved.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of being placed.

After this time, orders are processed automatically and cannot be modified or canceled.


9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
